Fighting alongside Tanjiro for nearly all of Demon Slayer, Nezuko never seems to be acknowledged as a full-fledged member of the Corps. Does Nezuko become a demon slayer?
Nezuko does become an honorary member of the Demon Slayer Corps. Rengoku gives his blessing that she’s a member before he passes away, and the other Hashira learn to accept her even if they won’t outwardly express it.
She would have to earn the respect of each Hashira over time. Acknowledgment wouldn’t always come as naturally as it did with Rengoku or Giyu, considering how recently she became a demon.
Rengoku Lets Nezuko Become A Demon Slayer

In chapter #66, Rengoku laid his life on the line to protect the junior demon slayers and civilians on the Infinity Train from the Upper Moon Demon Akaza. He successfully was able to delay Akaza until sunrise, collapsing with a mortal wound through his stomach. Rengoku spoke his final words to Tanjiro, declaring Nezuko a member of the Slayer Corps.
Tanjiro… I believe in your little sister. I consider her a member of the Demon Slayer Corps. On that train, I saw her shed her own blood to protect humans. If she risks her life to fight demons and protect people, she’s a member of the corps, no matter what anyone says!

Nezuko never uses an official Corps sword or wears the uniform. She operates through the Corps under the condition that she stays with Tanjiro, as he absorbs any consequences that may come of Nezuko being out and about on missions.
The other Hashira initially did not take Nezuko joining the Corps well. Snake and Stone Hashira did not take Nezuko seriously. Wind Hashira, Sanemi, especially did not trust Nezuko and the idea that she could positively contribute to their cause.
Is that the idiotic Corps member who travels with a demon?

Sanemi pushed his sword through Nezuko’s carrying box. He was testing how well she could actually resist pain and human blood, but Sanemi did not become convinced once Nezuko was able to resist the temptation.
So that’s the answer. Nezuko does become a demon slayer, as recognized by Rengoku. Although it takes a little more time for any other Hashira to give her that respect.
