Does Eren Visit Sasha’s Grave?

A few different characters are shown visiting Sasha’s grave after her untimely passing, but one in particular is missing. Does Eren visit Sasha’s grave?

No, Eren does not visit Sasha’s grave. Other scouts, such as Mikasa, Connie, and Jean visit Sasha’s grave.

At the time of Sasha’s death, Eren has to keep up his distant facade. He still needs to convince the other characters that he’s agreeing with Zeke’s plan so that he may use his brother’s connections to access The Path.

It’s revealed at a later time that Eren did feel sadness over Sasha’s death. He muffles his tears with a laugh instead. Despite this sadness, Eren never finds the time to visit Sasha’s grave. The plot soon reaches a point where he can’t partake in such pleasantries.

Other characters choose to visit Sasha’s grave

In chapter #107, Mikasa sits at Sasha’s grave. She grieves the loss, holding her head down in thought. Mikasa hears commotion behind her, as Niccolo, a Marleyan chef who has a crush on Sasha, is assaulted by a man.

“Why the hell are you here,” the man yells. “What business do you have at a funeral for an Eldian killed by Marley?”

Niccolo, who originally puts on a facade towards hating Eldians, warms up to Sasha and the rest of the scouts. He hears of Sasha’s passing and wants to see her grave, driven by the regret of never admitting his true feelings.

Connie and Jean comfort Niccolo. They thank him for cooking Sasha so many delicious meals, and apologize for allowing their guard to drop when the rogue Warrior Candidate snuck onto the airship.

Following this scene, Sasha’s grave is no longer shown on screen or in the manga. Eren never has the opportunity to visit Sasha’s grave, even once the plot reveals that Eren did indeed feel sadness over Sasha’s passing.

So that’s the answer. Eren does not visit Sasha’s grave. Only Mikasa, Connie, and Jean are shown visiting Sasha’s grave, and Eren is never on screen doing so. By the time Eren feels comfortable dropping his “bad” persona, the final battle commences to the point where he can’t commit to small actions such as visiting a graveyard.
